After its somewhat lengthy trials and tribulations – directors leaving, stars and crew getting injured, script-changes – the latest James Bond film now has an official title. In what is likely to be Daniel Craig’s last turn as 007, the secret agent will have ‘No Time to Die‘.
No Time to Die will also feature Rami Malek, Ana De Armas, and Lashana Lynch (rumoured to be playing a female agent assigned the ‘007’ moniker when Bond leaves the service – much to the consternation of some ‘007 can never be a woman!’ screeches from the internet). The film is produced, once again, by mainstays Barbara Broccoli and Michael G. Wilson. Director Cary Fukunaga co-wrote the screenplay with Scott Z. Burns and Phoebe Waller-Bridge.
No Time to Die is currently scheduled for release in April 2020.
The announcement came via the production’s official Twitter account, with an animated reveal of the title…
